By accessing this website, registering as a member/volunteer, or making a donation to BeKind India, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational and fundraising purposes. You agree not to use this site for any fraudulent activity, injection of malicious scripts, or attempt unauthorized access to the administration dashboard.

2. Donation Policy

• All donations made to BeKind India are voluntary and processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Refunding: Once a donation is successfully credited, refunds are generally not permitted unless a technical error (such as double charging) has occurred. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction with proof of credit.
• Tax Benefits: Donations are eligible for 80G tax exemptions where applicable. Donors must provide a valid PAN card number during donation to receive tax certificates.

3. Membership & Volunteering Expectation

Applicants who apply for membership or volunteering represent the NGO to the public. You agree to act with integrity, respect, and align with the code of conduct. The administration reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership/volunteer roles without notice in cases of misconduct or misrepresentation.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, campaign titles, photographs, and custom styling assets are the exclusive property of BeKind India and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Disclaimer

BeKind India is a registered NGO under Indian law. We strive to maintain absolute accuracy of reports and project data on our website. However, the site is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we assume no liability for temporary server interruptions.
